Currently seeking an Implementation Specialist for our Virginia Beach Office. We aim to please our clients and provide them with boutique level service. Implementation Specialist is a lead role and will be responsible for working on a team gathering requirements and understanding the customer’s business as it pertains to client implementation. This role must have seasoned knowledge in HRIS and online payroll, Time and Attendance, Benefit Administration software, ACA Tracking and Reporting application, Microsoft Office and Freshdesk (plus but not required).
Candidate Requirements
- Associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or three or more years of office related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of Payroll Implementation experience
- Must have extensive knowledge in HRIS, online payroll, time and attendance, and benefit administration software
- Thorough understanding of payroll practices, processes, and applicable taxable laws
- Working knowledge in Excel is required
