- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Oversee staff and direct a professional workflow environment between maintenance and office.
- Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
Successful candidates will possess the following attributes.
- BS degree in marketing or related field.
- Must have 3-4 years verifiable experience as a multifamily community director.
- Previous experience with Class A/Luxury product.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
