- Assist and coordinator and handle work orders and make-readies in a timely manner while supporting staff.
- Performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Assist with property inspections.
- Ensures quality of work, productivity and housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of parts and supplies.
Successful candidates will possess the following attributes.
- Must possess a Certified Pool Operator’s license.
- HVAC certification a plus.
- 2-3 years experience in an Assistant Service Supervisor role.
- Previous experience with Class A/Luxury product.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
